This bank emailed me and notified me that thay are facilitating my account setup and that they will contact me again for my account details and login. I quote:" We are facilitating your online account and wait to hear from us for your account details and login so you can make your transfer" One week has passed and then 2 weeks and I never heard from them. I sent them several emails but they do not reply.

I was transferring money via your bank from the account of Frederick Albert from Liverpool. I was busy doing the transaction until they asked for the COT-code. Apparently I have to send you almost 2000 euro to get the money. Are you sure this is legal? Don't you have to tell about the costs at the beginning of the transaction, not at the end? And don't you have to give people the option of deducting this amount from the amount that has to be transferred? The name of the bank manager who signed the email is Mike Felix. I hope you can help me out.
